A beautiful room of 26 square meters. The neighborhood is really good and safe there’s a supermarket 2 blocks away and a tram that connects directly to Munich Central Station. The bathroom and kitchen are quite spacious and well equipped. Looking for someone to take over from August on. The current flatmates are 2 girls, one is studying medicine and the other one doing her PHD. The room costs 925 euros per month. The room has a big desk with drawers that's perfect for working from home. There's also a balcony access with perfect view to a small park! I am selling the quilt and closet I bought for 20 euros.
The neighborhood is really good and safe there’s a supermarket 2 blocks away and a tram that connects directly to Munich Central Station. The supermarket near is a discount supermarket so it also has a bunch of gadjets you can get. There's a park nearby for peaceful and relaxing walks
The current flatmates are 2 girls, one is studying medicine and the other one doing her PHD. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Always down for a quick coffee together to hang out and to chat but usually everyone is quite busy. If we have time we also go out together on weekends.
