Das freie Zimmer hat 14 m^2 und einen praktischen Schnitt. Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Lattenrost+Matratze sind vorhanden.
Zu der Wohnung gehören aber noch etwa 40 m^2 gemeinsame Fläche (Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Küche, Bad mit Fenster, Flure mit Stauraum) und mein kleines Zimmer.
Die angegebene Miete ist warm inkl. Gez, Internet.
Hadern/Blumenau ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. In der Nähe gibt es Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Post, Apotheke. Die Busse 168 und 56 sind in 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen und bringen dich schnell und oft zur S-Bahn (Pasing/Laim) und zu U5 (Laimer Platz), U3, U6. Auch ein Nachtbus fährt hier. Der Park ist direkt um die Ecke.
Ich mag es eher ruhig und entspannt, da ich unter der Woche ab und zu spät abends arbeite. Über den einen oder anderen gemeinsamen Kochabend, Brettspieleabend, Restaurantbesuch, Hallenbadbesuch, Tagesausflug in die Natur oder in irgendeine Stadt freue ich mich. Eine reine Zweck-WG soll es nicht werden.
Der Zeitraum ist flexibel. Ich will befristet vermieten. Wenn es passt, können wir gerne über eine Verlängerung reden.
