Hello everyone,
I am leaving soon my room in Holzapfelkreuth(line U6)and searching for someone who is not older than 26,with no pets and is planning to stay for a year and more to take over.The room is in a WG shared house.It is is spacious, fully equipped and it comes with a nice balcony.It is located in a great area with the ubahn U6 being 3 minutes away by foot from the house.It has a Penny and a Lidl supermarket, a bakery,and a pharmacy which are all reachable by foot in few minutes as well. The monthly rent would be €770 and a deposit of €2225 is also required.
