da ich für ein Praktikum für 2 Monate nicht in München bin vermiete ich mein schönes WG-Zimmer unter – perfekt für alle, die ein Zuhause mit Wohlfühlfaktor suchen!

The location is in the very green and cozy district of Hadern, walking 5 minutes from the Ubahn Haderner Stern and near the West Park From the subway of Haderner Stern you can reach the Marienplatz in the city centre in 14 minutes. The Gondrellplatz tram stop is within a 10-minute walk. Bus 63 can be reached in about 3 minutes. A TG parking space for the car would also be available. The bike is about 25 minutes in the city centre.
Die Lage ist in dem sehr grünen und gemütlichen Viertel Hadern, fußläufig 5 Minuten von der Ubahn Haderner Stern und in der Nähe des West-Parks Von der U-Bahn Haderner Stern ist man in 14 Minuten am Marienplatz in der Stadtmitte. Die Tramhaltestelle Gondrellplatz ist zu Fuß in ca 10 min erreichbar. Der Bus 63 ist in ca. 3 min erreichbar. Ein TG-Stellplatz fürs Auto wäre zudem auch vorhanden. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 25 min in der Stadtmitte.
Michi owns the apartment and rents the room. The WG life between Michi and me is great. We like to cook or sport together, for example.
We are also happy to have a visit from our friends to a barbecue on our gorgeous roof terrace.
A normal order and cleanliness is important to us and belongs to us to the mutual handling and pay attention to others :) In addition, the apartment is new building, so that this should also be handled accordingly. Otherwise, we would be very sympathetic and cozy, yet very active to describe - live and live :)
Michi gehört die Wohnung und vermietet das Zimmer unter. Das WG-Leben zwischen Michi und mir ist toll. Wir kochen oder sporteln z.B. auch gerne zusammen.
Gerne haben wir auch immer Besuch von unseren Freunden zu einem Grillabend auf unserer traumhaften Dachterasse.
Eine normale Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und gehört für uns zum gegenseitigen Umgang und acht geben auf den anderen :) Zudem ist die Wohnung Neubau, sodass hier auch entsprechend damit umgegangen werden sollte. Ansonsten würden wir uns als sehr gesellig und gemütlich, trotzdem aber sehr aktiv beschreiben- leben und leben lassen :)
In the house there is an elevator from the cellar in the 5th. Floor, the apartment is on the 6th and last floor. There is a beautiful view over Munich and the Alps.

Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug vom Keller in den 5. Stock, die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. und letzten Stock. Hier gibt es einen wunderschönen Ausblick über München und auf die Alpen.
