wir haben ein vollständig möbliertes Zimmer in einem neu gebautem Einfamilienhaus zu vermieten. Das Zimmer hat ca. 18qm, liegt im 2. OG mit einem schönen sonnigen Balkon und ist mit einem großen Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl und Vorhänge ausgestattet. Es sind 2 Bäder vorhanden.
Das Haus wurde komplett unter Berücksichtigung von ökologischen Gesichtspunkten ohne Einsatz von chemikalischen Baustoffe erbaut und hat ein sehr gutes und gesundes Raumklima. Ebenso haben wir eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach, die neben der konventionellen Heizung zur Warmwasser- und Heizwasserversorgung dient.
Die neue Küche ist ebenso komplett mit Töpfen, Teller, Besteck, Gläser etc. ausgestattet. Ebenso haben wir eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine zur kostenlosen Mitbenutzung.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckerei. Ebenso ist die Münchens Beste Konditorei Widmann fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Klinikum Großhadern (LMU-Klinikum) ist fußläufig in ca. 10 min. erreichbar.

Hi there,
we have a fully furnished room to rent in a newly built family home. The room has about 18 square meters, is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful sunny balcony and is equipped with a large bed, wardrobe, table, chair and curtains. There are 2 bathrooms.
The house was completely built under consideration of ecological aspects without the use of chemical building materials and has a very good and healthy indoor climate. We also have a solar system on the roof which, in addition to conventional heating, is used to supply hot water and heating water.
The new kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. We also have a dishwasher and a washing machine for free shared use.
There are several shops and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. Munich's best pastry shop Widmann is also within walking distance.
The Großhadern Clinic (LMU Clinic) can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes.
