Wir vermieten ein 17 qm großes Zimmer in Planegg mit großem Balkon. Die 3er Wg Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Sie liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen Einfamilienhäusern und Reihenhäusern.
Es gibt eine geräumige Küche mit einem Tisch und Bänken/Stühlen.
Eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und ein weiterer Raum mit Badewanne und Waschbecken sind vorhanden.
Der große Balkon wird noch mit einer weiteren Person geteilt.
Der Eingangsbereich ist einladend und es gibt ein Regal.
Zu Fuß erreicht man die Busstation Friedhof in Planegg in 5 Minuten. Von dort aus fährt der 266 Bus zum S Bahnhof Planegg (4 Stationen). Der 266 Bus fährt in die andere Richtung nach Martinsried und Großhadern.
Der 260 Bus fährt nach Fürstenried West U-Bahn (4 Stationen).
Es gibt eine Waschmaschiene für diese Wohnung im Keller.
Allerdings muss die Wäsche im Zimmer/Balkon aufgehängt werden.
Eine Spülmaschiene, Backofen, Kochplatten und ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden.
