The Nebenkosten includes apart from the 230 Euros paid to the landlord - also additional costs for electricity, internet, home insurance, ARD ZDF (hence it comes up to 290 Euros).
Some costs need to be paid to the current tenant - a breakdown of these costs can be provided in an Excel file. The costs roughly stand as follows:
1) 750 Euros - Furniture in their room - Bed with Sidetables 350 Euros, Premium Electric Study Table 400 Euros, Others 50 Euros - You are free to sell the Electric Table as it might not be your need.
2) 500 Euros - For the Kitchen (equally shared with the other tenant - you pay only your share of 500 Euros for the Kitchen fittings, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, exhaust - kitchen appliances and utensils are not included in these costs but are nonetheless still shared)
3) 800 Euros - Other shared things in the common area

My flatmate is a very good friend of mine from university who is working at a software security company and on the side he is making music. We are very easy going and inclusive and would prefer someone like that. We also smoke from time to time but at the balcony.
My flatmate mostly works from home. We are always excited to discuss tech/politics/capitalism/communism (we lean on the left, like heavy left ;) )
Nothing special, just be a decent human being :)
