Das Zimmer ist Teil einer WG mit 3 Personen. Nun muss ich ausziehen, ab dem 01.04.2024 ist das frei.
Verschiedene Buslinien erreicht man in nur 1 Minute bei der Haltestelle Goldach, Hallbergmoos. Danach kann man mit dem S-Bahn ins Stadtzentrum fahren.
Die Lage wird auf der WG-Gesucht-Karte falsch dargestellt. Sie befindet sich in Hallbergmoos, Ortsteil Goldach, zwei S-Bahn-Stationen vor dem Münchner Flughafen.
Die anderen Mitbewohner sind respektvoll und ruhig, mit Berufen als Autofahrer und Bäcker. Alle Mitbewohner legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene.
Es eignet sich für diejenigen, die am Münchner Flughafen arbeiten oder an der Technischen Universität München (TUM) studieren.
Ein Bett, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl und ein Schrank sind gegen eine Ablösevereinbarung verfügbar. Ich kann auch einige Geschirrteile und Kleiderbügel hinterlassen.
Es ist mit eingerichteter Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine), Bad, Garage, Keller (mit Waschmaschine) alles in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Internet und Strom sind inklusiv. Parkplatz kostet 60 Euro extra.
Rewe und Edeka sind etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.

The room is part of a shared flat of 3 people. Now I have to move out, and it will be available from 01.04.2024.
Various bus lines can be reached in just 1 minute at the Goldach, Hallbergmoos stop. After that, you can take the S-Bahn to the city center.
The location is displayed incorrectly on the WG-Gesucht map. It is located in Hallbergmoos, district Goldach, two S-Bahn stations before the Munich Airport.
The other roommates are respectful and quiet, with professions as a driver and a baker. All roommates place great importance on cleanliness and hygiene.
It is suitable for those who work at the Munich airport or study at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
A bed, a table, a chair, and a wardrobe are available for a transfer agreement. I can also leave behind some dishes, a fan and clothes hanger.
It is fully furnished with a kitchen (including dishwasher), bathroom, garage, basement (with washing machine) all in the apartment.
Internet and electricity are included. Parking costs an extra 60 Euros.
