aufgrund einer Eigenbedarfskündigung und dem Umstand, das ich schneller als vermutet eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe, vermieten ich ab dem 15.02.24 bis zum 31.03.24 ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer geräumigen 6er-WG. Eine Verlängerung der Mietdauer ist aufgrund der Eigenbedarfskündigung leider nicht möglich. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 180 Quadratmeter auf zwei Geschossen und bietet neben den vermieteten 14 Quadratmeter großen Zimmer eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit angeschlossenen gemütlichen Esszimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Toilette, ein kleines Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss.
WICHTIG!: Da ich selbst ausziehe und meine Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, mitnehme, vermiete ich das Zimmer mit Ausnahme der Einbauschränke unmöbliert. Eine einfach Matratze könnte ggf. von einer Mitbewohnerin zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Ausstattung der WG selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen – von Waschmaschine über Spülmaschine bis hin zu Bügeleisen und einem Fahrradkeller ist alles vorhanden.

Due to a cancellation for personal use and finding a new flat faster than expected, I am renting out a cosy room in our spacious 6-bed flat share from 15.02.24 to 31.03.24. Unfortunately, an extension of the rental period is not possible due to the cancellation for personal use. The flat extends over 180 square metres on two floors and offers, in addition to the rented 14 square metre room, a communal kitchen with an adjoining cosy dining room, two bathrooms, a toilet and a small living room on the upper floor.
IMPORTANT! As I am moving out and taking my furniture, which can be seen in the pictures, I am renting the room unfurnished except for the built-in wardrobes. A simple mattress may be made available by a flatmate.
The equipment of the flat share itself leaves nothing to be desired - from a washing machine and dishwasher to iron and a bicycle cellar, everything is available.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Lage direkt an der Isar, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Tram-Haltestelle Theodolindenplatz entfernt. Supermärkte sind etwa einen Kilometer entfernt, aber ein exzellenter italienischer Bäcker und ein französisches Café mit ausgezeichneten Croissants befinden sich direkt um die Ecke.
Für Autofahrer stehen ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

The house is in a traffic-calmed location directly on the Isar, just a 5-minute walk from the Theodolindenplatz tram stop. Supermarkets are about a kilometre away, but an excellent Italian bakery and a French café with delicious croissants are just around the corner.
There are plenty of parking spaces for car drivers directly in front of the building.
Die Bewohner unserer WG sind alle berufstätig. Aufgrund der kurzen Mietdauer eignet sich die Wohnung besonders gut für Praktikanten.
Wir schätzen ein harmonisches WG-Leben und unternehmen gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten am Wochenende. Abends trifft man sich auch gerne auf ein Bier oder Glas Wein in geselliger Runde. Wir suchen eine offene und umgängliche Mitbewohner*in, die das gemeinschaftliche Leben schätzt. Natürlich hat jeder bei uns seinen Freiraum, was bei der großzügigen Wohnungsgröße überhaupt kein Problem ist.

The residents of our shared flat are all employed. Due to the short rental period, the flat is particularly suitable for interns.
We value a harmonious life in our shared flat and enjoy doing activities together at the weekends. In the evenings, we also like to meet up for a beer or glass of wine in a convivial atmosphere.
