Im Keller steht Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Fahrrad kann im abgeschlossen Innenhof abgestellt werden. Alle Einkäufe des täglichen Lebens und MVV sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Isar oder Viktualienmarkt in 10 Minuten, Restaurants aller Couleur im noch direkteren Umfeld gelegen.
Es handelt sich eher um ein klassisches Untermietverhältnis als um eine studentische Feier WG, die Küche ist nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, also eher als Teeküche denn als Kochtempel zu bezeichnen , kann sich hoffentlich bald ändern.
Ich vermiete nur an 1 Person .
