Da ich ab Anfang August in den Semesterferien nicht in München bin und danach eine neue WG gründen werde, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Schrank, sowie einem Regal.
Die Wohnung besteht außerdem aus:
-einer gut ausgestatteten Küche (Herd und Ofen, Spühl- und Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, einige Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Besteck)
Zu Fuß erreicht man in 2 Minuten die Haltestelle „Aidenbachstraße“ und somit Bus und Tram. Mit dem Bus ist man nach zwei Stationen in beide Richtungen jeweils nach 2 Stationen entweder am „Laimer Platz“ (U5) oder in „Holzapfelkreuth“ (U6). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 3 Minuten am Westpark.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreich am Laimer Platz.
Der Mitbewohner ist 30 Jahre alt und studiert Zahnmedizin. Das ganze ist eher eine Zweck-WG.
