Die Lage ist sehr gut. Unten gibt es ein großes Rewe Center. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen Dm und einen Edeka und einen Woolworth. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss Geschäfte wie einen Euroshop, einen Friseur und mehr.
Was die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel betrifft, so ist die U5 direkt unter uns, die Sie in ca. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bringen wird. Innerhalb von 30 Sekunden haben Sie mehrere Bushaltestellen, und innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß haben Sie die Straßenbahn.

Location is very good. There is a large Rewe Center downstairs. Within 2 minutes walk there is a Dm, a Edeka, and a Woolworth. There are also stores just outside the building like a Euroshop, a hairdresser and more.
As for public transportation, the U5 is right below which will take you to the main train station in about 10 minutes. Within 30 seconds you have several bus stops, and within 5 minutes walk you have the tram.

Du wirst mit Diego zusammenleben, einem 24-jährigen Peruaner, der fließend Deutsch und Englisch sowie Spanisch spricht. Wichtig für uns ist, dass du entspannt bist, ordentlich bist, hinter dir aufräumst, wenn du Dreck machst und idealerweise nicht rauchst, weil die Nachbarn stören.
Wenn wir jemanden in unser Haus einladen, ist es außerdem am besten, die andere Person zu informieren, um sie nicht zu stören.

You will live with Diego, a 24-year-old Peruvian who speaks fluent German and English as well as Spanish. It is important for us that you are relaxed, tidy, that you clean up when you use the kitchen, and ideally don't smoke because it disturbs the neighbors.
Also, if we invite someone to our house, it is best to inform the other person so as not to disturb them.
