Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 12qm und ist nach Süden hin ausgerichtet. Das Fenster führt in den Innenhof, man hört somit den Verkehr der nördlich liegenden Straße überhaupt nicht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch. Außerdem befinden sich über dem Bett und an der TV-Wand weitere Möglichkeiten, seine Habseligkeiten unterzubringen. (Siehe dazu auch die Fotos).

Der Boden ist aus sehr schönem Parkett, dieser wurde 2016 abgeschliffen und neu lackiert.
The room has a size of about 12sqm and faces south. The window leads to the courtyard, so you do not hear the traffic of the street to the north at all.
The room is furnished, there is a bed, a closet, and a desk. In addition, above the bed, and on the TV wall there are other possibilities to store one's belongings. (See also the photos).
The floor is made of a very nice parquet, this was sanded and refinished in 2016.
Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral in München-Laim, ein paar Minuten von der S-Bahn Haltestelle "Hirschgarten" entfernt. In die Innenstadt (HBF, Stachus, Marienplatz etc.) benötigt man nur wenige Minuten mit der S-Bahn.
Ansonsten haben wir die Tram 18/19/29 direkt vor unserer Haustüre, keine Minute entfernt. Damit kommt man ebenfalls gut in das Stadtzentrum, oder nach Pasing. Ebenso ganz in der Nähe haben wir den 62er Bus und ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es noch die U-Bahnhaltestelle Westendstraße (U5).
An Geschäften, Banken, Apotheken und Restaurants gibt es hier ebenfalls einiges in der Nähe, man ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht.

The apartment is relatively centrally located in Munich-Laim, a few minutes from the S-Bahn stop "Hirschgarten". To the city center (HBF, Stachus, Marienplatz etc.) you need only a few minutes by S-Bahn.
Otherwise, we have the tram 18/19/29 directly in front of our door, not even a minute away. This is also a good way to get to the city center, or to Pasing. Also nearby we have the 62 bus and a few minutes walk away there is the subway stop Westendstraße (U5).
Stores, banks, pharmacies, and restaurants are also close by, you are well equipped with everything you need.
WG-Leben:
Was gibt es zu uns zu sagen? Unsere WG gibt es nun seit Mitte 2016 (mit einigen Wechseln in der Belegung).
Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen denkmalgeschütztem Altbau, welcher 2016 modernisiert wurde, also neue Heizungen, Boden und Wände erneuert, neues Strom- und Gasnetz, neue Küche.
Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und machen auch manchmal gerne am Wochenende gemeinsame Sachen, wie z.B. Kochen, Basteln, Spieleabende oder einfach mal nur ein Bierchen trinken und über Gott und die Welt quatschen. Natürlich ist das kein Muss und wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man sich immer in sein Zimmer zurückziehen.
Alterstechnisch sind wir relativ breit gefächert, derzeit mit 24 - 34 Jahren.

What is there to say about us? Our WG has been around now since mid-2016 (with some changes in occupancy).
The apartment is in a beautiful listed old building, which was modernized in 2016, so new heating, floor and walls renewed, new electricity and gas network, new kitchen.
We all get along very well and sometimes like to do things together on the weekend, such as cooking, crafts, game nights or just drink a beer and chat about God and the world. Of course, this is not a must and if you want to have your peace and quiet, you can always retreat to your room.
Age-wise we are relatively diversified, currently with 24- 34 years.
Sonstiges:
Ausgestattet ist die WG mit allem was das Herz begehrt wie z.B. Geschirrspüler, Miele-Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd und Toaster. W-LAN mit 50Mbit ist auch dabei.
Solltest du ein Fahrrad mitbringen, kein Problem - wir haben einen großen Innenhof, hier kann das Fahrrad abgestellt werden. Es gibt allerdings keinen Regenschutz.

The WG is equipped with everything you desire such as a dishwasher, Miele washing machine, induction stove, and toaster. W-LAN with 50Mbit is also included.
If you need to bring a bike, no problem - we have a large courtyard, here the bike can be parked. However, there is no rain protection.
