A room for sublet is available from 1st March 2024 - 1st April 2024 in a 4 room wg. The mentioned rent includes everything. KVR is not possible. Online viewing is possible. High speed Wifi is available.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, closet, shelf, and bedside table. The pictures are screenshots of the ad when I moved in, but I can send you more pictures of the room in its current state if it helps.
Location
Public transportation (U4, U5, S-Bahn, trams, buses), grocery stores (Penny, Lidl, HIT), and gyms (McFit, CleverFit) are all pretty close within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Flatshare Type
There are 3 other people living in the WG, and we communicate in English. They are nice and there are no issues as long as you don't make a lot of noise or leave the common space dirty after use. Cleaning of common spaces is done every weekend by one person.
