Zimmer frei: Neugründung 3-er WG in Laim

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, das als gemeinsamer Treffpunkt, für gemütliche Filmabende, gemeinsame Mahlzeiten oder einfach entspannte Momente dient. Da viele der aktuellen Bewohner ausziehen (der Hauptmieter zieht zu seiner Freundin, und die anderen wandern ins Ausland), übernehme ich die Wohnung und gründe sozusagen die WG neu. Dabei steht eine teilweise Neugestaltung an, bei der wir gemeinsam anpacken werden. Die Übernahme von Elektrogeräten, wie beispielsweise Staubsaugerrobotern, von den Vormietern könnte möglich sein. Ich habe ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu den Vormietern und dem Hauptmieter.

Ein paar Worte zu mir: Ich habe kürzlich mein Studium abgeschlossen und habe nun angefangen zu arbeiten. Ich reise oft und gerne, treibe gelegentlich Sport, meditiere und und bin Vegetarier, was bedeutet, dass ich ein großer Fan von gutem und gesundem Essen bin.

Für unsere WG suche ich Offene und Sympathische Mitbewohner. Mir ist ein respektvoller und freundlicher Umgang miteinander besonders wichtig. Ich strebe eine harmonische Atmosphäre an, in der Streitigkeiten über Religion oder Politik keinen Platz finden. Diese WG ist mehr als nur ein Ort zum Wohnen sie soll ein Zuhause sein und sich nicht wie ein Hotel anfühlen.

In der WG leben bereits zwei süße Katzen namens Ari und Samy, die gerne gestreichelt werden. Allerdings wird Ari bald ausziehen, und Sammy in ein paar Monaten. Diese WG ist also besonders geeignet für Tierliebhaber. Zusätzlich gibt es viele Pflanzen im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon, die von uns gemeinsam gepflegt werden.

🚪 About the Room*:
The room is very cozy with a west-facing window, allowing you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The entire apartment spans 99.4 square meters, which is quite quite generous for Munich standards. It features two bathrooms— ensuring minimal morning traffic—a separate living room with a spacious balcony, and a separate kitchen. Though the room is unfurnished, it gives you the freedom to design it just the way you like it.You can keep the TV :)

Just 2 minutes' walk from Friedenheimer Str. Metro station, you can even make it to the train in a record time of 30 seconds if you sprint ;)

☯️ WG-Life:

The Apartment has a huge living room, which is a common meeting place for like few evenings. I am renting from the main tenant who is a friend of mine. All the other people living there are are moving out to start a new carrier outside Germany/EU. I have very good terms with the main tenant.

Here's a bit about myself: I've recently wrapped up my studies in Munich and embarked on my professional journey as an expat. My adventure in Germany began with high school (Abitur), and I've been here ever since. Travel is a big part of my life, spend time with friends, regularly meditate, try to go to gym sometimes and I love good food. My linguistic repertoire includes Hindi (my mother tongue), alongside fluent English and German, and a bit of Italian which I am lerning!

As for life in our shared flat (WG), I value respect and kindness among flatmates, acknowledging that life can present challenges. I envision our WG's atmosphere as harmonious - a place that feels like a home away from home, rather than resembling a YMCA or a hotel**.

Investing in upgrades or purchasing new items for our communal areas might be necessary. We also have the option to buy some items, such as a cleaning robot, from the previous tenants. I would greatly appreciate flatmates who are enthusiastic to contribute to these enhancements. For me, maintaining cleanliness and organization is a given.
I would prefer someone who has already started to work / in latter part of studies / doing research. People who are in starting / mid of their college studies: I'm sorry!

Please note, this WG is home to cats, making it unsuitable for anyone with cat allergies or discomfort around animals. However, if you have a pet, it should not pose a problem.
