I'm looking for someone who takes over my furnished room in a 5s WG in Endelhauserstraße 2, 80686 Munich from the beginning/mid June to the end of August.
From September there is the possibility to take over the room permanently with official rental agreement, as I move permanently abroad.

• Period: June to the end of August (flexible start from the beginning or middle of June)
• After an unlimited rental contract possible
• Size: approx. 14 m2
• Warm rental: 850 € / month
• Furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe etc.)
• Deposit (for fixed takeover): 1,500 €
• WG with 5 persons
• Registration possible

Location:
• Quiet and central location
• Only 3 minutes walk to Tram 18
• Metro U4/U5 – Westendstraße a station with tram or about 10 minutes walk
• Supermarkets and other shops nearby

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, freezer
• Shared bathroom and hallway
