Our friendly and international WG is looking for two new people! This ad is in English because English is usually the main language of the house, although some people also speak German, Italian, Turkish, French and Spanish.
The rooms will all be free from the 1st of May. We would love to find people looking to stay longer term (6 months+).
BEDROOM 1 - 11m² - 720€ (warm)

Warm rent includes the following: GEZ, internet, electricity, water and heating.
A deposit of 1.5 months rent is expected.
All bedrooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk and chair. If you want to bring your own furniture, that is also fine (we have a big attic where you can store suitcases, unwanted furniture etc).
The house is right in the middle between the U-Bahn stations Laimer Platz and Friendenheimer Straße. From the house to the main station (HBF) takes around 15 mins, so it's really well connected. You also have Aldi, Rewe and Penny in walking distance.
Additionally, there are no busy streets close by, so you never have to worry about too much noise.
This is an international WG and we all come from different countries! :)
We are a mix of workers/students so the house is fairly quiet during the week as everyone is busy, but we like to sometimes have a drink together at the weekend. We also love to use the garden when the weather is nice and have BBQs!
It's important for us that you want to make the house feel like a home, not just somewhere to sleep.
The house is 3 floors with everyone having their own bedroom then there are two bathrooms with bath/shower and an extra WC in the basement. There is a washing machine in the basement that everyone can use.
The kitchen is equipped with plates, pans, cutlery etc.
There is space at the front of the house to store bikes if you have one.
