Hi,
I am offering a small furnished room in my flat in Laim. Although the room itself is quite small, the flat has a spacious and serene living room including a home cinema as well as a south-facing balcony which we can share (in addition to the bathroom and kitchen of course). You don't have to bring anything into the flat - you can utilize kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine etc. as well, making this offer ideal for Germans and internationals coming to Munich for internships etc. The rental period is limited to 6 months with the option to extend.
As indicated in the images, the offered room is facing the street and is currently used as an office but will come with furniture including an IKEA sofa bed, two shelves, a table and a chair. If you want to bring some furniture with you I am sure we can find a solution to accommodate that as well.
There are no hidden costs- Everything including internet, heating, electricity, water, waste removal, GEZ, furniture, 3D printer etc. is covered in the rental price. This excludes everyday consumables like laundry detergent, toilet paper etc.
The subway station Friedenheimer Straße is right outside the flat. From there it is only 9 minutes to Munich central station and 12 minutes to Odeonsplatz.
Further public transport options within walking distance are:
Bus 130 - 4 min
Tram 18 - 4 min
Tram 19 - 7 min
Bus 51 - 8 min
By bicycle, Westpark, Nymphenburg and Hirschgarten public parks can be reached in 5-10 minutes.
My name is Nick (28, M) and I am in the last stages of my university studies here in Munich. Currently, I am working 20 hours/ week and spend the remainder of my time playing sports ( Squash, Beachvolleyball, Spikeball), meeting friends all over town or relaxing at home. I am vegetarian, which you don't have to be but a general environmental awareness would definitely be appreciated.
Generally, I am easy to live with and give everyone the space they need, however I am not looking for a "Zweck-WG" and would be happy to sometimes do the usual activities together like cooking, watching movies, going to the beer garden etc.
There are no pets in the flat but if you want to bring one with you that would be fine for me.
