Die Lage ist optimal für Studenten: Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig (~4 Minuten) zur Straßebahn-Haltestelle "Gondrellplatz". Von dort sind es nur ca. 17 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof München, zur TU München sind es auch nur ca. 25 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf finden sich in der Nähe.

The location is ideal for students: The apartment is within walking distance (~4 minutes) to the Tram stop "Gondrellplatz". From there, it is only about 17 minutes to the Munich Central Station, and only about 25 minutes to the TU Munich.
Shopping facilities for daily needs are nearby.
