Hello,
right now, my roommate and me are living in this apartment but on August 1st he will move to another city. This is why we want to rent out one room. It’s about 12m2.
We are also subleasing this apartment because the actual tenant is working abroad for 3 years now and she doesn’t know when she will come back. This is why we don’t know how long the apartment will be available, BUT we agreed to notify each other (if she comes back or we move out) 2 - 3 months upfront. So, this will apply for you too. (KVR Possible)
The room will be empty. If you need, we have an extra matrass that you could use if you want. (No charge)
I am a master student in TUM calm and organized, we can cook together sometime, go for a walk or a bike ride, play videogames, watch a series or do sports and you can also have your time in your room. We also live with a little cat called Schmusi (schmu).
Lage
Walking distance to the underground station is about 4 minutes. It’s about 10 minutes to the main station from there.
We have a lot of supermarkets nearby. Penny (1 min walk), Rewe (5-min walk), Edeka also an organic supermarket (10 min walk) if you need. Also, a library, some other stores, (dm, woolworth), a couple of restaurants.
Some parks aren’t far away.
