Hallo ihr Lieben, ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer von Ende August bis Ende Dezember. Das Zimmer ist ca.24 m2 groß und hat eine großzügige Fensterfront mit Zugang zum Balkon! Ich werde das Zimmer teilmöbliert (Bett, Matraze, Kallax, Couch, Tisch, Stuhl) vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist ca 7 Gehminuten vom Laimer Platz entfernt. Dort findet ihr auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ebenfalls könnt ihr die S-Bahnstation Laim in 15-20 Gehminuten erreichen. Zudem fährt genau vor unserer Haustür ein Bus zum Laimer Platz oder Richtung Pasing ab!
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind drei unglaublich liebe Mädels, die gerne gemütlich zusammen kochen, wandern und spazieren gehen und da jetzt das Kino „Sonne Mond und Sterne“ offen hat, steht das auch noch auf der To-do-Liste :)
