Das Zimmer wurde bisher von 2 Personen bewohnt, könnte aber auch an nur eine Person vermietet werden. Also falls du eine*n mega gute*n Freund*in hast, oder eine*n Partner*in oder vllt. Geschwister, dann immer her damit. Dein bzw. Euer zukünftiges Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres schönen Hauses und hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, das nur von dir/ euch benutzt wird. Es ist lichtdurchflutet, sodass es selbst im Winter ausreichend hell ist. Die Zimmergröße haben wir grob geschätzt. Durch die Dachschräge wirkt es aber noch einmal deutlich größer. Falls gewünscht könnte das ein oder andere Möbelstück übernommen werden (Schrank,..)
In the room are currently living 2 people, but it would also be possible to live there by yourself. So if you have a really good friend, a girlfriend/ boyfriend or maybe your siblings don't hesitate to bring them with you. Your future room will be in the attic of our lovely house and has a private bathroom with a shower wich is all yours. The room is pretty sunny even during winter. We estimated the size of the room but it appears quite bigger due to the pitch of the roof. If you want you can keep some of the furniture.
Unser orangenes Haus liegt im beruhigten Laim. Die U5 ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 7 Minuten erreichbar und man ist innerhalb von ca. 8min am Hauptbahnhof. Bus und S-Bahn sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Genüge vorhanden und es ist alles gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Our orange house is located in the calm neighbourhood of Laim.The U5 can easily be reached in 7 minutes. The busstop and the S-Bahn is also just few minutes away. Grocery stores are in walking distance. Everything can easily be reached by bike or walking.
Wir (Lili, Luca, Daniel, Ramona) suchen für unsere Wg in Laim noch eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in! 😼 Wir haben einen großen Garten und eine überdachte Terrasse, was ganz besonders im Sommer zu schönen Grillabenden einlädt. Im Winter, vll lieber zum Schneemannbauen ☃️. Wir sind zwischen 24-27 Jahre alt, und studieren mehr oder weniger alle. Von Ingenieuren, Medizinern, Tattoo-Künstlerinnen, sowie reiselustigen Abenteurerinnen haben wir alles im Haus 👩🔬👩🏫 Die Küche ist unser Wg-Mittelpunkt, wo wir auch jetzt schon viele chillige und spaßige Abende miteinander verbracht haben. Du hast Interesse ? Dann meld dich bei uns. ☎️ Deine, vielleicht baldigen Wg-Buddys 🤓 PS: Ja wir müssen auch ein paar mal Rasenmähen und Schneeräumen, aber Sport tut bekanntlich jedem gut🏃🏼♀️🏃🏽♂️.
PPS: Da das Haus in 2 Jahren umgebaut wird, ist das Mietverhältnis bis dahin zeitlich begrenzt, aber wir suchen natürlich jemanden, der auch für diese Zeit bleibt!

We (Lili, Luca, Daniel, Ramona) are looking for a new roommate for our flat in Laim! 😼 We have a large garden and a terrace, which is very inviting especially in the summer for nice barbecue evenings. In winter, maybe for building a snowman ☃️. We are between 24-27 years old, and all of us study more or less. From engineers to doctors, to tattoo artists or travel adventurers you can find everything in the house 👩🔬 The kitchen is the heart of the Wg, where we have spent many chill and fun evenings together.
