Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock eines charmanten Altbaus. Sie ist insgesamt 97 Quadratmetern groß, mit 3 Zimmern und einem geräumigen Flur.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat 16qm, genug Platz also, um dich auszubreiten. Das Fenster geht zur Nordwestseite Richtung Klenzestraße raus und hat viel Tageslicht. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank. (Ist aber noch nicht alles auf den Bildern) Kann aber ganz nach freiem Wunsch gestaltet werden.
Neben Küche, Bad etc teilen wir uns das große 25qm Wohnzimmer, mit allem was drin steht. Die Wohnung bietet also eine gute Mischung aus WG-Leben und eigenem Freiraum!

Your future room is 16 square meters, plenty of space to spread out. The window faces northwest towards Klenzestraße and gets a lot of daylight. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk and a wardrobe. (It's not all shown in the pictures) But it can be arranged to suit your personal preferences.
In addition to the kitchen, bathroom, etc, we share a fat 25-square-meter living room, with everything in it. So the apartment offers a great mix of shared living and personal space!
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen im Glockenbachviertel, nur einen Steinwurf vom Gärtnerplatz entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station (U2 Fraunhoferstraße) ist nur 2 und die Tram (16,17,18) 5 Minuten entfernt.
Sie ist direkt über einer sehr coolen Bar und einem Bäcker. Supermärkte etc sind auch fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Isar ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is ideally located in the Glockenbachviertel, just a stone's throw from Gärtnerplatz. The nearest subway station is only 2 minutes away, and the tram 5 minutes. It is directly above a very cool bar and a bakery. Supermarkets etc. are also within walking distance in a few minutes. The Isar river is also just a 5-minute walk away.
Ich arbeite in der IT und bin viel im Homeoffice. Ich würde sagen dass ich ein recht entspannter Typ bin der relativ viel unterwegs ist, gerne Feiern geht aber auch ganz gern einfach nur daheim sitzt mit Freunden auf ein Getränk, Serien schaut oder zockt.
Mir wäre wichtig dass die WG-Atmosphäre insgesamt locker und unkompliziert bleibt. Ich würde mich freuen wenn es keine reine Zweck-WG wird, brauche aber durchaus auch meinen Freiraum was die große Wohnung glücklicherweise sehr gut ermöglicht.

I work in IT and am quite often working from home. I would say that I am a pretty laid-back guy who is out and about quite a lot, likes to party but also enjoys just sitting at home and gaming. But don't worry, everything stays within limits. It is important to me that the shared living atmosphere remains relaxed and uncomplicated. I would be happy if it doesn't turn into just a utilitarian shared flat, but I also need my own space, which the large apartment fortunately allows very well.
