The WG & Apartment:
The entire apartment is 106m2 large, it is in the 4 floor (unfortunately without elevator, but is good for the Popo), with a shared kitchen, small balcony and separate toilet, separate bathroom. In addition to your room there are other rooms that are not listed here (no pictures online).

Important: Cat love required!
We have two cried cats, Fini & Pan, who like to pick up string units. It would be great if you were open to paying a little attention to them (by agreement – it is not much to do).

Who lives here?
Our little son Nero is also part of the WG, but we (Daisy & Julio) will be mostly on the move in May as we still make a little parental leave. Our (best) roommate Fabi will also be there, but also travel a week.

Our 106m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator – but great for your glutes! ). It includes a shared kitchen-living space, a small balcony, a separate toilet, and a separate bathroom. There are additional rooms in the apartment that are not shown online.

Important: Cat Lovers Only!
We share our home with two cuddly cats, Fini & Pan, who love attention and the occasional pet. It would be great if you’re open to interacting with them and helping out a little (not much to do – just after agreement).

Who Lives Here?
Our little son, Nero, is part of our WG. However, we (Daisy & Julio) will be away most of May as we are taking some family time off. Our awesome flatmate Fabi will be around but will be traveling for about a week.

‍‍Die WG & Wohnung:
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 106m² groß, sie ist im 4 stock (leider ohne Aufzug, aber ist gut für den Popo), mit einer geteilten Wohnküche, kleinem Balkon und separatem WC, separates Bad. Neben deinem Zimmer gibt es weitere Räume, die hier nicht aufgelistet (keine Bilder online) sind.

Wichtig: Katzenliebe erforderlich!
Bei uns wohnen zwei verschmuste Katzen, Fini & Pan, die gerne mal Streicheleinheiten abholen. Es wäre super, wenn du offen dafür bist, ein wenig auf sie zu achten (nach Absprache – es ist nicht viel zu tun).

‍‍Wer lebt hier?
Unser kleiner Sohn Nero gehört ebenfalls zur WG, allerdings werden wir (Daisy & Julio) im Mai größtenteils unterwegs sein, da wir noch ein wenig Elternzeit-Urlaub machen. Unser (bester) Mitbewohner Fabi wird ebenfalls da sein, aber auch mal eine Woche verreisen.
