Hello potential new flatmate,
International 7-person shared flat, partly students, partly working is looking for a new temporary flatmate (for three months). We are a lot, but not a "Zweck-WG". We cook together almost every day (vegan/vegetarian), have breakfast on the balcony on weekends whenever the weather allows it, co-work in the kitchen, play a few rounds of kicker in the evenings, share tea over a nice conversation and just spend a lot of time together and with the WGs above. It's only a stone's throw to the Isar, where we like to play frisbee, spikeball, and volleyball as soon as there is some sun.
The WG is as quiet and clean as you would imagine with 7 people. But welcoming, warm and atmospheric, with great roommates, sometimes party, and many nice evenings on the balcony or in the big living room.
The room is 12m2 and comes fully furnished, including plants. This means tenants with green thumbs clearly preferred!

The apartment is 1 minute walk from the bus stop Kapuzinerplatz and 5 minutes from the subway station Goetheplatz. To the Isar it takes 10 minutes by foot and 4 by bike. It's not much further to the city center. In the neighborhood, there is a lot of grocery shopping, many restaurants and a few nice cafes and bars.
