Das Zimmer ist das größere der Schlafzimmer mit ca. 23qm und sehr hell durch zwei große Fenster. Parkettboden und große rechteckige Grundfläche.
Super zentrale Lage zwischen Götheplatz und Sendlinger Tor. Fußläufig ins Glockenbachviertel, Altstadt oder Isar ist kein Problem. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist um die Ecke. Unser großer Balkon rundet das Angebot ab.
Du wirst hauptsächlich mit Caro wohnen. Theoretisch hat Basti noch ein kleines Zimmer hier, der ist aber nur ca. 2-3 Nächte im Monat da. Wir sind alle berufstätig (Caro promoviert an der LMU) und unter der Woche eher busy bzw. nach Feierabend ruhig. Am Wochenende für alle Schandtaten zu haben.
Das Zimmer wird zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet vermietet. Mietpreis versteht sich warm all in.
Wir suchen ein berufstätiges Männlein oder Weiblein.
