Hi dear apartment hunter,
In our apartment, a roomy 20m2 room will be free as of March 1st. It is very bright thanks to a set of large high windows, has high ceilings (approx. 3.20 m), and beautiful herringbone parquet - a typical old building. The room may be available to move in earlier depending on when our current housemate is moving.
Our large, cozy eat-in kitchen is perfectly equipped with a large fridge, washing machine, various shelves, and seating. The balcony faces the inner courtyard, you enter it through the long hallway. Bathroom and toilet are separate from each other and both have a window to the inner courtyard.
It couldn't be better: Directly at Goetheplatz, 1 minute to the U3 / U6 and all shops (Edeka, DM, Penny). In addition, you can be at the Theresienwiese in 3 minutes and in no time by bike in the city center at Sendlinger Tor or Marienplatz. Just at our corner is the Lindwurmstüberl for a tasty meal.
Your future roommates are Bobby (33) and Annika (28). Annika is from near Stuttgart and works in medical IT. Bobby is from Ireland and works as a Biostatistician. He's always trying to improve his German but ideally you should be comfortable in English.
Even if we are both are out and about a lot, especially during the week, we put a lot of importance on community in the shared flat. We like to plan some dinners together when its possible and have breakfast/coffee in the kitchen on weekends. This is of course not a must for you, but it would be nice if it also fits your ideas.
We generally appreciate a clean apartment and we do this with a simple cleaning schedule. If sticking to a (fair) cleaning schedule is not a problem for you, then you've come to the right place.
