Dein Zimmer (14qm) mit schönem Parkettboden hat ein Fenster Richtung Balkon und Innenhof und wird vor allem in den Morgenstunden mit Licht überflutet.
*** English: A furnished room (14 qm) with a window overviewing the balcony towards the back yard. The room has a wooden floorboard and is full of light, especially in the morning. Your window is facing the backyard, which is a very quiet area.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit zahlreichen öffentlichen Verkehrmöglichkeiten. Zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Theresienwiese (U4/U5) braucht man 2 min zu Fuß. Zu dem sind die Buslinien 58/68 (Georg-Hirth-Platz) und die Tramlinien 18 und 19 (Hermann-Lingg-Straße) fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuß. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, inkl. das Einkaufszentrum Forum Schwanthalerhöhe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im oberstem Stockwerk. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus.

Deine Mitbewohner: Tereza (36) is eine wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der LMU. Sie hat eine Vorliebe für zeitgenössische Kunst, guten Kaffee und liebt es neue Menschen zu treffen. Bevor sie nach München kam, hat in verschiedenen Ländern gelebt und auch mehrere WG-Erfahrungen gesammelt mit Menschen aus diversen Nationen.
Heayeon (26) zog vor einem Jahr nach München, um hier in ihr Berufsleben zu starten. Sie mag Netflix crime series, probiert verschiedene Yoga Onlinekurse aus und sammelt fleißig Infos über Bars, die gute Cocktails to go anbieten.
