Das Zimmer ist 15m2 groß und die Wohnung insgesamt hat 114m2 im 3. Stock. Wir haben zusätzlich zu den 3 Zimmern, ein großes Bad, ein separates Klo, Wohnzimmer und einen richtig coolen Balkon. Das Zimmer wäre frei ab 1.11.20 für 11 Monate also bis 1.10.21. Es ist sehr hell, super ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen und hat direkten Balkonzugang, auf dem ganztags eigentlich Sonne ist.
Es kostet 663€ warm, zusätzlich kommen noch 13€ fürs Internet pro Monat drauf. Es ist vollmöbliert mit Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und kleinem Regal.
Wir wohnen in der Landwehrstraße in einem ziemlich orientalischen Viertel, super zentral zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Wiesn. Dementsprechend gut ist auch die Verkehrsanbindung.
Wir sind 2 Medizinstudenten am Ende unseres Studiums und ein Bauingenieur.
