Das Zimmer kann gerne voll ausgestattet vermietet werden. Ihr habt eure eigenen Sachen? Kein Problem, da finden wir auch eine Lösung :) Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, groß und hat sogar einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Die großen Fenster machen das Zimmer außerdem hell und freundlich. Aktuell ist ein Teppichboden drin, der Vermieter lässt es einem jedoch offen ob man den raus haben möchte (Holz drunter) oder behalten will :)
Zu Fuß ist man in 10min am Hauptbahnhof und 15min am Stachus. UBahn ist in 2min Fußweg zu erreichen und SBahn in 8min (Hackerbrücke). Es gibt überall eScooter, öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen aber auch zu Fuß ist alles zu erreichen.
Lidl, Edeka und VollCorner sind um die Ecke und in 5min Fußweg zu erreichen. Aber auch Aldi, Rewe und Co. sind nicht weit entfernt :)
Derzeit wohne ich (25 weiblich) mit in der WG. Ich bin voll berufstätig und ein sehr offener, unkomplizierter Mensch. Meistens bin ich unterwegs mit Freunden oder bin sporteln. Ich freue mich wenn wir uns verstehen und du Mal mitkommen möchtest, wenn du aber deine Ruhe willst, dann auch super! :) Nur eine Grundsauberkeit ist mir wichtig ;)
Ich weiß der Text gibt nicht viel her, meine Kreativität lässt heut einfach nicht mehr zu :D
Fragen dürft ihr trotzdem gern alles, dann erzähl ich euch mehr.
