Hey, my name is Felix and I am German (using English, so as somehow we all speak it)
I am moving out of my flat-share-apartment and need a tenant for around one month. Meaning, you could move in on November 19 and stay until the end of December. As you wish.
The room itself is actually the nicest in the flat, as it comes with a balcony, which, somehow, is even warm in winter times, if there is sunny weather, which, and yes this sentence is getting very long, is very often the case, as Munich is famous for being Italy's most nordic city ;-).
The apartment is fully furnished. The room itself comes with a queen-size bed, writing desk, smart tv, wardrobe. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment (even an induction stove, which I personally totally love;-)
I would call the area lower Glockenbach. Beautiful buildings all around you. Super Duper connnected Götheplatz is just a 5 min walk. Actually very good Japanese restaurants in the area (affordable to surprisingly high quality).
But generally, u are a 10 min walk (3 min bike ride) away from all the bars and cafes in Glockenbach. I really enjoyed this, as you are not in the middle of the "chaos" but close enough to it, to take a dive whenever you want it.
Oh, yea, and did I mention the Isar? if you go for a run, you need like around 5 min to reach Munich's relaxation spot # 1, the famous Isar watersides, where everybody is chillaxing the whole year.
My flatmates are very international, as they come from Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy. If you want to drink a wine, David the Italian is the man to speak to. Well, I dont wanna be understood in a way that Italians are alcoholics, but they sure know about good wine ;-) (he also is a doctor in DNA cutting)
Ida is an Art adviser, Arthur the economics guy and I haven't quite figured out what Ivan is doing, as he also just moved in.
The price is fixed for the whole term.
Oh, and the price includes cleaning guys coming over once a week, as this is basically a full-service apartment.
