Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und geht Richtung Innenhof. Es besitzt die für einen Altbau typischen hohen Decken und ist tagsüber lichtdurchflutet. Zum Zimmer gehört ein kurzer Gangabschnitt, in welchem sich ein Einbauschrank befindet.
Die WG liegt 8 min zu Fuß vom Marienplatz entfernt. Gegenüber der Haustür befindet sich die Sbahn-Station Isartor. In weniger als 5 min kann man zu Fuß die Isar erreichen und auch das Glockenbachviertel ist Fußläufig in etwa 10 min erreichbar. Direkt im Nachbarhaus gibt es einen Lidl.
Hallo erstmal :) ich bin die Hanna, 21 und Studentin. Falls Du Lust hast auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben hast, abends vielleicht gerne mal nen Glas Wein zusammen trinkst oder einfach ab und an wen zum ratschen suchst, würd ich mich freuen, wenn Du Dich meldest. Ich könnte jetzt noch was über mich schreiben - aber vielleicht ist es am besten, wenn wir uns einfach kennen lernen. Ich freu mich drauf ;)
