Hallo zusammen,
leider muss ich aus meinem jetzigen kleinen aber feinen WG Zimmer ausziehen. Das Zimmer ist in einer 5er WG (momentan bewohnt von vier Jungs) und 12qm groß. Der Vermieter hat das WG-Zimmer mit Bett und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, ich habe nachträglich noch einiges mitgebracht und würde gerne mein großes Regal, die kleinen Regale, welche an der Wand hängen, die Halterung für den Fernseher und die drei Aufhänger an der Wand hinter der Tür dortlassen. Die Ablöse hierfür beträgt 300€.
Das Zimmer ist in der Landwehrstraße, also mitten in München. Der Hbf (alle Züge, S-Bahnen sowie U1,U2,U4 und U5) ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Station Karlsplatz (Stachus) und das Sendlinger Tor. Um die Ecke befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, ein Lidl, ein Rewe und ein DM.
