1. ⛱ Hola, I am now offering my AlRB'NB or 💦COUCHSURFING-room here from January 15th, 2022! It is surrounded by the green 💚 of the city (Aubach, Isar, Flaucher, spring facilities, Rosengarten, Schyrenbad, Wittelsbacherbrücke). Schyrenbad and Isar are only 200 meters away. Public transportations 🚏are also only 3 minutes away (metro & ring bus). The room is only available for one individual, but at a reasonable price. Unfortunately there is no space for a lot of balast 👥🛄 or appendage. Perfect for interns or for the transition. Just to reduce the flood here on "wg-gesucht" a bit i will send photos of the room via messenger if you are interested. Please note that due to time constraints I cannot answer unsuitable requests (from couples, entire families, etc.) - sorry! If you are temporarily looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay near the green Isar universe in the middle of the city, you have come to the right place. No purpose flat share, but you don't have to overdo it with flat share action! I'm more withdrawn, but I'm happy to be part of a beer or just chat. In the new year I decided to walk more on the Flaucher and explore the Isar, so if someone also likes nature and occasionally has time for a lap after work, I would like it...
