Da ich ab Mitte August ins Ausland gehe, suchen mein Mitbewohner und ich nach einer passenden Person für ~1 Jahr Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, hat eine Dachschräge und kann so wie auf den Bildern möbliert übernommen werden! Falls du deine eigenen Möbel hast, geht es natürlich auch teil- oder unmöbliert.
Die WG befindet sich in einem teilsanierten Altbau mitten im Dreimühlenviertel. Unten im Haus ist ein cooles Café / Restaurant, drumherum gibt es einiges an Gastro und Geschäften und bis zur Isar sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächsten Anbindungen sind die Buslinien 62, 68 und 58, die U3 und U6 auf der Poccistrasse sind auch nicht weit.
Momentan leben wir in einer sehr entspannten 2er WG, die wirklich keine Zweck WG ist. Wir teilen viel miteinander, essen zusammen, gehen aus oder laden Leute ein, wenn es gerade zeitlich passt. Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet relativ viel unter der Woche, daher passiert das mal mehr mal weniger.
Musik ist bei uns auch immer cool, wir haben ein Klavier zuhause, das gerne gespielt wird!

I’m renting out my room for one year as I’m going to live abroad for a while. The room can be rented furnished (as in the pictures) or unfurnished if you already have your own stuff. The location is really nice, the house lies in a cool neighborhood full of restaurants, little shops and bars and only a few minutes by foot to the Isar!
Life in the WG is super easy-going. At the moment, my Flatmate and me are sharing a lot of stuff, eat and chill sometimes together when we both have time. We both love music and have a lot of instruments in our flat, there’s a piano that loves getting played.
We’re looking for a person that’s relaxed and open-minded, looking forward to hear from you!
