Großes Zimmer mit 1 Fenster, sehr hell, schöne Aussicht, Möbel sind vorhanden.
Die Wohning ist frisch saniert. Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet inkl. Ofen, Herd und Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt über der Tramstation Hermann-Lingg-Straße und 4 Minuten von der U-Bahn-StationTheresienwiese entfernt. Auch Hackerbrücke und Hauptbahnhof sind zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Schwanthaler Einkaufspassage ist ebenfalls sehr nah und bietet diverse Geschäfte und Supermärkte.
Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, wimmelt es von Bäckerreien und Restaurants.
Auch viele Clubs sind sehr gut erreichbar.
Ich koche sehr gerne und kann mir gut vorstellen hin und wieder zusammen zu kochen oder auch etwas anderes zu machen. Generell möchte ich einfach keine Zweck-WG.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns größtenteils an einen Putzplan halten.

Das Zimmer gehört einem Freund, der jetzt sein Auslandsjahr macht, deswegen ist es befristet und auch keine Verlängerung möglich.
