Hallo,
ich vermiete mein schönes, helles Zimmer im Schwere-reiter-straße Wohnheim ab Juni 2021. Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und vollig mobiliert.
Die Kosten für die Zwischenmiete sind insgesamt 330€ mit allem inklusive (Nebenkosten, Heizkosten, Strom, Internet). und Kaution ist 200 Euro.
Zum Einkaufen sind alle Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen. Die lage ist optimum. Olympiapark is 5 minuten zu Füß.
Unser WG is 2er WG und mein Mitbehonerin ist sehr Nett und freundlich. Unser WG-leben ist sehr entspannen und spontan.
