Since i'm moving out because of a change of university i'm looking for someone who wants to rent the room for one semester or longer (if you want you can renew the contract). You can move in from 11.03 to 01.04.
It is a fully furnished room in the basement of a big house, it includes bed, shelfs, desk, chair, etc.ready to move in. There is a little window, good heating and lights.
The room is for students or you could be also doing a practica.
The house has four floors. In the ground floor you can find the kithchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom. There's also a second room in the second floor. Both have showers.
The house is located in the town Markt Schwaben, altought the distance to Munich it has good connection to the city with the trains: S-Bahn and Regionalbahn. Both can be used whit the semester ticket. You can reach Munich in 49-50 min (The rRegio train is faster). You need to walk 10 min. from the house to the station or ride whit a bike less than 5 minutes (which i highly recomend, you can get some bikes for 40 euros or less).
The location of the house is calmed. In the town you can also find everything you need. There is a supermarket on the way between the train station and the house.
The people living here are students from diferents corners of the world, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia. Also from diferent courses, of the universities TUM, LMU and Hochschule für Musik, Bachelor and Master.
The main language spoken here is English and Spanish as well. Some of the people can speak german, but not all of them. It is a very intercultural house.
Most of the people here are social, in the common areas there is space for interaction, there´s usually someone to talk and share with. There`s no problem in inviting people here as well.
The contract takes place, after a video chat whit the owners of the house (or meeting them in person). They live in the house right next to the student house and like to know everyone living here. Also if there's any problem in the house or in the room you can easily contact them to fix it.
You can visit the room anytime in March with previous agreement.
