Hallo zusammen!
Ich vermiete meinen Zimmer sehr dringend ab 12.2
Zimmer ist ziemlich gross, gemütlich. Es ist alt Gebäude. Meine Sachen bleiben teilweise, aber auf jeden fall ich lasse da Platz frei für ihre Sachen.
Im Zimmer gibts alles - Tisch, eigenes Kuhschrank, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Stuhl, internet (ist es schon inklusive im Miete)
Lage ist wunderbar:) 10 Sekunden zu Fuss zum Max Webber Platz U-bahn, 5 Sekunden zu Fuss bis Tram station.
Wegen Parken - innerhalb des Hoffes, auch bequem.
Wg Leben ist sehr lustig. Wie ich schon gesagt habe: das ist Studenten Wohnheim und zwar Musik Studentenwohnheim.
Mitbewohner sind extrem freundlich, alle sind Musiker. Wir haben spontan manchmal gemeinsame Tätigkeiten, aber Teilnahme ist total freiwillig. Keine Partys jeden Tag, aber am 14.2 (seid bereit) wird jam Session bei uns. Herzlich willkommen als Zuhörer:)
