Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 30.7-23.9. 2022 (bin aber auch flexibel) in der schönen Maxvorstadt, da ich auf Reisen bin. Mein Zimmer ist 19 qm, daher auch sehr geräumig. Du kannst meine Möbel selbstverständlich nutzen und musst nichts weiter mitbringen.
Die Miete beträgt pro Monat 545€
Die WG liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt und somit auch direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Um unsere Wohnung findest du von der besten Pizza Münches über leckeres Eis bis hin zu lässigen Bars alles was dein Herz begehrt. Und wenn du mal einen klaren Kopft brauchst, bist du in 10 min zu Fuß im Englischen Garten und kannst dich im Eisbach erfrischen.
Wir sind eine 4-WG aus zwei Männern und zwei Frauen. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und unternehmen auch gerne etwas zusammen, respektieren aber auch die wenn jemand seine Ruhe möchte.
