Ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab ende August für quasi ein Jahr, da ich ein Auslandsjahr mache. Deshalb bleiben alle Möbel in dem Zimmer bestehen, also Bett, Komode, Tsich unf Kleiderstange, alles andere neheme ich mit oder Räume ich weg. das zimmer ist ca. 11,5 m2 Meter groß.
Die Lage an der schellingstraße ist extrem gut, vor allem für Stundenten, da sowohl TU als auch LMU in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Ansonsten gibt es hier im Studentenviertel auch viele Bars, Restaurants etc.
Zum Wg leben kann ich nich nicht viel sagen, da meine Mitbewohner gleichzeitig mit mir Aussziehen bzw. ihr Zimmer Untervermieten, deshalb werden beide Zimmer neu besetzt. Aber bisher war es immer spaßig und locker bei uns.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und wir haben ein kleines Kelerabteil zusätzlich.
