90m2 2er WG-Zimmer mit 13 m2 in Maxvorstadt zum 15.11.23 bis 31.12.23

I'm looking for a roommate to live with me from May or mid-May to August. The apartment is in a friendly neighbourhood next to the church. My space has good access to two U-Bahn subway stations and a bus and tram station nearby. It also has a total area of 90 m2 and consists of 4.5 rooms.

The room is 13 m2, and as you can see in the picture, there will be a bad, small shelf and drawer. I have a dishwasher and a washing machine, and you can use them, of course. Also, you will share two toilets, a balcony, a kitchen, and a living room with one person. The monthly rent, including the Internet, electricity bills, and so on, is 800 euros. And move-in date is flexible.

For me, I am 27 years old and from South Korea. I am working as a designer for an automotive company. I am a social person and a non-smoker. I love hiking, cooking, exercising, etc. Also, I am very interested in history and art. We can do something cool together sometimes, but of course, I'll respect your personal time. And I will do my best to make this your home comfortable.

Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin von Mai oder Mitte Mai bis August. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer freundlichen Nachbarschaft, direkt neben einer Kirche. Die Anbindung an U7 und U1 ( Stiglmaierplatz und Maillingerstraße) ist sehr gut und Bus- und Tramhaltestellen sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 90 m2 und besteht aus 4,5 Zimmern. Das Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß und (wie auf dem Bild zu sehen) voll möbliert. Außerdem gibt es einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine, die du natürlich benutzen kannst. Du teilst dir zwei Toiletten, einen Balkon, eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit mir. Die monatliche Miete inklusive Internet, Stromrechnung und allen weiteren Kosten beträgt 800€.

Zu mir: Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, aus Südkorea und arbeite Vollzeit. Ich bin ein sozialer Mensch und Nichtraucher. Ich liebe Wandern, Kochen und Sport. Außerdem interessiere ich mich sehr für Geschichte und Kunst. Wir können gerne ab und zu etwas cooles zusammen unternehmen, aber natürlich respektiere ich deine Zeit und Privatsphäre.
