Hey, wir haben ein schönes WG-Zimmer zu vermieten. Der Mietbeginn zum 15. Oktober.
Die Wohnung selbst bietet mit 132 qm viel Platz:
- 30 qm Terrasse, die gerade im Sommer zum gemeinsamen chillen einlädt
- 25qm Wohnzimmer, das für Home-Office, Filmabende oder Gästezimmer genutzt wird
- 20qm Küche, in der man immer jemanden über den Weg läuft
-zwei große Bäder mit jeweils 2 Waschbecken, 1 Toilette und 1 Duschwanne, die dafür sorgen, dass es morgens keinen Stau gibt.
Da die Wohnung schon seit 5 Jahren als WG genutzt wird, gibt es alles was man zum komfortablen Leben benötigt: Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gas-Grill, etc.

Since the apartment has been used as a shared apartment for 5 years, there is everything you need to live comfortably: Kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, gas grill, etc.
Zur Lage muss man nicht viel sagen: Maxvorstadt, direkt an der Tram-Station Sandstraße und somit in ein paar Minuten an Hauptbahnhof oder Stachus.
Die Wohnung liegt im Innenhof, sodass man vom Straßenlärm kaum etwas mitbekommt.

The apartment is located in the courtyard, so you hardly notice the street noise.
Ich (Thomas) ziehe aus, um näher an den Arbeitsplatz zu ziehen. Du wirst also mein Zimmer übernehmen. Deine Mitbewohner werden sein:
Tom (30), im Oktober letzten Jahres aus England nach München gezogen, um hier als Projektmanager zu arbeiten. Mega umgänglicher Typ, der immer für Gespräche und Spaß zu haben ist.
Max (26), ist im Mai eingezogen, und promoviert an der TUM. Er ist wie Adrian noch relativ neu in der WG und lernt die Stadt gerne kennen.
Adrian (22), wohnt seit April in der WG und studiert an der TUM. Die WG ist in dieser Konstellation relativ neu, sodass du das Zusammenleben nach deinen Wünschen mitgestalten kannst.

Tom (30), moved to Munich from England last October to work as a project manager. Super easygoing guy who is always up for a chat and fun.
Max (26) moved in in May and is doing his PhD at TUM. Like Adrian, he is still relatively new to the shared flat and enjoys getting to know the city.
Adrian (22), has been living in the shared flat since April and is studying at TUM. The WG is relatively new in this constellation, so you can help shape living together according to your wishes.
