Da wir über den Winter auf Reisen sind, vermieten wir unsere schöne WG unter. Das eine Zimmer ist bereits untervermietet und du würdest mit Dolores aus der Schweiz zusammen wohnen, die super sympathisch und entspannt ist. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, liegt in den ruhigen Innenhof und hat einen Balkon. Auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Im Innenhof gibt es Fahrradständer.
Die Lage ist super zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die nächste Tram Haltestelle(Nordendstraße) erreichst du in einer Minute und die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Universität oder Josephsplatz. Ein Rewe und viele Restaurants und Bars sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten bereits Wlan & GEZ, womit keine weiteren Kosten hinzukommen.
