Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und bietet genug Platz. Es wird befristet vermietet allerdings leider ohne Möbel (die Möbel auf den Bildern sind nicht dabei). Bis auf dein Zimmer ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, WLAN etc.
Die WG befindet sich in einer Top Lage direkt am Josephsplatz. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß erreichbar. Die WG ist zudem sehr nah am englischen Garten und auch nicht weit vom Luipoldpark. Die U2 liegt direkt vor der Türe (ca 1 mins zu Fuß).
Ich bin Hauptmieterin und werde beide Zimmer vermieten solange ich am Reisen bin. Das zweite Zimmer ist möbiliert. Du könntest du auch selbst mitentscheiden wer mit miteinzieht.
Besichtigungen werden nur am 9.10 abends (In Person oder online) angeboten. Bitte nur melden wenn ihr da auch Zeit habt.
