Hi! I will be away for the months of November and December and therefor am subletting my fully furnished room. You will be sharing the house with my great and sociable flatmates from all corners of the world. There are a lot of people in the flat, but there is also a lot of space - including a large living room, a dining room and a terrasse. The room also has its own shower and sink, to be shared with only one other person.
Public transport connections are great. You'd be living 5 minutes away from the LMU main campus and 10 minutes away from the TUM main campus. There are multiple bars, grocerie shops and restaurants in the area, and the Englischergarten is only 10 minutes away.
Move in/out dates are somewhat flexible and can be discussed. If you're interested, we can arrange a small viewing in the coming days
