Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und ab 15.04.2024 beziehbar. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Zimmer und eine Wohnküche, sowie ein Bad, ein Klo und eine Wäschekammer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Außerdem hat die Wohnung 2 Balkone.
Die Lage ist mitten in der Maxvorstadt, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur FH und 10 Minuten zur LMU. Außerdem ist die ubahn 10 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Lidl, Rewe, Bäcker und endliche viele Restaurants sind direkt Außenrum.
Wir sind gerade 3 Mitbewohner, Thomas (28) ist Vollzeit als Entwicklungsingenieur tätig, Dominikus (25) macht seine Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten und ich, Korbinian (25) arbeite in einem Startup für drohnentechnik. Da ich die WG verlassen werde, wird ein Zimmer zum 15.04.2024 frei. Zur WG: Wir treffen uns gerne auf einen Ratsch oder ein Bierchen in der Küche. Außerdem dreht sich bei uns viel um Sport. Egal ob Fußball oder Tennis sind wir selber gerne aktiv oder schauen uns am Wochenende auch gerne mal gemeinsam ein paar Spiele im Fernsehen an.
