Small and cosy ~10-15 sqm room, furnished with bed, wardrobe and desk. Bright (depending on your perspective) and friendly atmosphere, perfect for furnishing according to your taste and needs. :)
There are no pictures here since every room looks diffferent, and honestly you should want to be here for the community, the room is just the cherry on top.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen in deinem neuen Zuhause im Herzen von München! Wir freuen uns, dir ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer lebendigen und freundlichen selbstverwalteten Studentenresidenz im Massmann Wohnheim e.V. anzubieten.
Kleines und gemütliches Zimmer von ca. 10-15 qm, möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Helle (je nach Perspektive) und freundliche Atmosphäre, perfekt zum Einrichten nach deinem Geschmack und Bedarf. :)
Es gibt keine Bilder hier, da jedes Zimmer anders aussieht, und ehrlich gesagt solltest du wegen der Gemeinschaft hier sein, das Zimmer ist nur das Sahnehäubchen.

Right next to us in Massmannpark, you'll find a basketball court, football pitch, and table tennis tables to get active and enjoy your leisure time. The convenient proximity to amenities ensures a hassle-free daily routine for students:
- 10 minutes walk to TUM
- 5 minutes to the tram (Sandstraße) and U2 (Theresienstraße) - remember, that in a bind running is always faster.
- Lidl, Edeka and DM also within 4 minutes walking distance.
Zentral in München gelegen, mit einfachem Zugang zu Universitäten, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Supermärkten, Parks, Cafés und Museen. Genieße das lebendige Stadtleben, während du in einer ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft wohnst. Direkt neben uns im Massmannpark findest du einen Basketballplatz, Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatten, um aktiv zu werden und deine Freizeit zu genießen. Die praktische Nähe zu Annehmlichkeiten gewährleistet einen stressfreien Alltag für Studenten:
- 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur TUM
- 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn (Sandstraße) und U-Bahn U2 (Theresienstraße) - denk dran, dass Laufen im Notfall immer schneller ist.
- Lidl, Edeka und DM sind auch innerhalb von 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

First things first: you'll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen facilities with 24 other flatmates (yes, WG-Gesucht doesn't show more). But don't worry, we've got plenty of space and amenities to go around. Along with a spacious living room, balcony, and a large garden (complete with our resident chickens!), we even have a training facility for those fitness enthusiasts. Need a movie night? Just book our projector room in advance. And while our sauna is temporarily out of order, we're open to creative solutions if you've got any ideas!
Living together: We're a self-governed dorm, which means everyone pitches in to keep things running smoothly. Whether it's maintaining the communal areas or getting involved in community initiatives, your contribution is valued. Plus, we love to throw three big 1-day festivals per year - it's a chance for everyone to come together and have a blast!
As for noise levels, we do like to have a good time, especially in the living room, so expect things to get a bit lively from time to time. But hey, that's all part of the fun! We'd love for you to join in on the festivities whenever you can.

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du teilst dir die sanitären Einrichtungen und die Küche mit 24 (ja, WG-Gesucht zeigt nicht mehr) Mitbewohnern. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon, einen großen Garten (inklusive Hühnern!) und eine Trainingsanlage. Ein Projektorraum kann nach Absprache genutzt werden. Unsere Sauna ist vorübergehend außer Betrieb - vielleicht hast du eine Lösung dafür.
Wie wir zusammenleben: Wir sind ein selbstverwaltetes Wohnheim. Es ist daher wichtig, dass du zum Erhalt und zur Gemeinschaft beiträgst. Außerdem organisieren wir drei große 1-Tages-Feste pro Jahr.
Da wir auch gerne (meistens) im Wohnzimmer feiern, kann es gelegentlich etwas laut in den Zimmern werden. Das sollte dich aber nicht zu sehr stören :-) Natürlich würden wir uns freuen, wenn du an einem oder zwei der Feste teilnehmen könntest!
