Das Zimmer ist ca. 12-14qm groß und möbiliert. Einzugstermin ist frühstens ab dem 11.02. Der Auszugstermin ist spätestens der 03.03. Das Zimmer wird nur in diesem Zeitraum vermietet, gerne auch nur für einen Teil der Zeit. Eine Übernahme danach ist nicht möglich. Bitte schreibt kurz über euch. Mein Fahrrad ist in der Miete inbegriffen.
The room is around 12-14 sqm and has all the necessary furniture. The room is available only in february during the mentioned period for short term rental. The wg has two roommates. Also you can use my bicycle in that time. Please introduce yourself shortly.
Die Wohnung ist 2 min zu Fuß vom Josephsplatz entfernt und an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, Ubahn) gut angebunden.
Der TUM Hauptcampus ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und die LMU ist mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell zu erreichen
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Bäckerei und Späti) sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Restaurant, Bars und Imbissmöglichkeiten sind im Viertel natürlich auch viele vorhanden.
Wir suchen für unsere WG einen entspannte, unkomplizierte und gesellige Person als Mitbewohner oder Mitbweohnerin. Je nach Lust und Zeit feiern wir auch gerne mal ne Party. Wir sind aber keine reine Party-WG. Eine gemütliche gut ausgestatte Küche ist vorhanden und dient uns Abends oft als Wohnzimmer.
