Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60qm groß und befindet sich im 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Sie hat 2 lichtdurchflutete Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche und ein weißes Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Das Zimmer von ca. 15 qm ist u.a. mit einer Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und einem Bett 1,40 m Breite ausgestattet.
In der Küche sind alle Utensilien vorhanden die man so zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt außerdem eine Waschmaschine die genutzt werden kann.
Die Miete ist eine Pauschalmiete all inkl. d.h. inkl. der Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet
Ich vermiete das Zimmer komplett möbliert zur Kurzzeitmiete für den Monat Mai.
Ideal für Wochenendheimfahrer, Geschäftsreisende, Praktikanten
Die Lage in der Maxvorstadt zählt zu einer der besten in der Stadt. Die zentrale Wohnung liegt nur 3 min. entfernt zur Trambahnhaltestelle "Nordendstraße", Linie 27. Von dort kommt man innerhalb 7 Minuten zum Karlsplatz/Stachus. Die U Bahn Linie U2 liegt 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt (Josephsplatz). Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Min. und zur TU sogar etwas weniger. Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc. befindet sich alles um die Ecke.
Ich selbst, weiblich, 41 Jahre jung, bewohne das kleinere Zimmer. Ich freue mich über das ein oder andere Gespräch, vielleicht kocht man mal zusammen, jedoch muss das auch alles nicht zwingend sein. Ich passe mich dir an.
